A little bit about my story… ((I have A LOT of stories within the actual FULL story)) so lets start at the beginning ((well not quite at the beginning)). The beginning for me started back when I was 7 years old. Let's fast forward to college.
A couple weeks before heading off to my sophomore year of college at a new school, I was prescribed the antibiotic Augmentin 2x back-to-back for a total of 20 days 💊 By the end of the antibiotic my gut was completely destroyed and my health was sent on a downward spiral. I suddenly had the most SEVERE stomach pains & GI discomfort, and it does not end there.
The gut is responsible for SO much of our overall wellbeing. It ensures that you absorb the nutrients from the food you eat, properly expel waste and toxins, and maintain a strong immune system, on top of many other important processes. When your gut is not in balance it can affect many areas of your health. For me I became lactose intolerant 🥛, my nails became weak and brittle, and my personality COMPLETELY changed. I suddenly became shy and easily embarrassed. This is coming from someone who freshman year of college tripped during an exam and landed flat on her face, while she yelped on her way down ((so everyone that would not have noticed in the back of the exam room, then stood up to see what was happening)) and her pants partially fell off. Yup that really happened 😂😂 I then stood up without missing a beat, bowed to the class, received a round of applause, and did not feel one ounce of embarrassment.
Now to circle back around…
That is correct. 100% pure celery juice can help to deeply repair a damaged gut and all the not so fun symptoms that comes with an unbalanced gut flora.
