• Sublingual (under the tongue): Dropping CBD oil under the tongue allows for faster absorption into the bloodstream, often taking effect within 15 to 30 minutes and lasting about 4 to 6 hours.
• Swallowed or Edible Forms: When CBD is consumed through capsules or gummies, it must pass through the digestive system. This means effects may take 30 minutes to an hour to begin, but they tend to last longer - typically 6 to 8 hours.
